Cancellation

We offer 30-DAY EASY RETURN, which means as long as you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can submit your return request via our 7/24 online customer service or email to [email protected].

The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the item being delivered. The item must be unused, unworn, and placed in its original packaging. For non-defective items, you should be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Once the returned item is received we will refund you the cost of the item, excluding any shipping costs. Depending on your banking institution, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method(s) in 3 to 20 business days.

When my package arrived, I was very happy with the quality of the toy (as was my cat)! However, only one had been shipped. My kitten LOVES this cat tree and actually uses it frequently. This might sound like a "duh" comment but I've never had a cat actually use a cat tree. I've spent a LOT of money on cat trees for the many cats I've had but this is the only one that gets regular use. It looks fantastic in my main living area and we have received many compliments on it. The kitten is now 5 months old and loves it as much as the day we brought it home. This cat tree is gorgeous! The seller shipped it out quickly, and I received it on time. As a girl, I had no trouble assembling it myself. Um, just how cute is my new cat bowl for my precious Eartha?Very!!The order arrived early which I was psyched about, it is heavy in weight which I absolutely love nice and stable for my little baby girl.The design of the shape is just perfect. No I don't usually write reviews like this but I love it.

My cat cannot see well up close. It is hard for him to see the water in a bowl. But this fountain bubbles and he turns his head and drinks the water that is flowing out of the top of the fountain. I am so happy he can drink on his own finally. I highly recommend this fountain. The bonus is it is very pretty as well :)

I got this scratcher because it went with the flower decor of my bedroom. Originally, I thought it was too small for my cats, but they’ve proven me wrong. They have several other scratchers, but it seems like I always see them scratching their flowers. I’m so glad I bought this!
