Our Service

At present, we have been able to ship to the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom,  Australia, Canada and some other countries. Free shipping on US orders over $59, on EU/UK orders over $129, on AU/CA orders over $199. For other countries, we also try our best to provide cost-effective ways for you to choose. Below are the shipping policy details for each country.

US SHIPPING - Free Shipping on Order $59+

According to the location where the item is stored, we provide 2 shipping methods to US customers:
  • 3-5 business day Domestic Standard Shipping from our Los Angeles warehouse.
  • 1-6 weeks International Shipping from overseas, the exact time is based on the size/weight of the package.
  • 1-3 weeks Air Shipping for small packages.
  • 4-6 weeks Economy Shipping for oversized items.

If your purchase is in stock in Los Angeles, you can receive it within a week. However, if the US warehouse is out of stock, it will be shipped overseas with a delivery time of 1-6 weeks.

EU/UK SHIPPING - Free Shipping on Order $129+

Great news! We have established a local warehouse in Germany, which means we now offer two shipping options for customers in the EU and the UK:
  • 3-5 business day Domestic Standard Shipping from our Germany warehouse.
  • 1-6 weeks International Shipping from overseas, the exact time is based on the size/weight of the package.
  • 1-3 weeks Air Shipping for small packages.
  • 4-6 weeks Economy Shipping for oversized items.

If your purchase is in stock in EU, you can receive it within a week. However, if the EU warehouse is out of stock, it will be shipped overseas with a delivery time of 1-6 weeks.

AU/CA SHIPPING - Free Economy Shipping on Order $199+

For customers in AU & CA, right now, you can also choose international shipping. We have not yet set up local warehouses yet, the good news is that we are talking with some local warehoses, and it is expected to set up local overseas warehouses in AU/CA around the end of Sep 2024.

  • For customers in the AU & CA, we provide air shipping 1-3 week delivery option for light and small items, and for large or heavy products, we offer economy shipping 4-6 week delivery option. All free import duty and VAT because we will prepay for it.
  • For customers in Australia and Canada, we provide air shipping 1-3 week delivery only. Customer might need to pay for importy duty and GST.
