Tips

  • This product can be washed with water or neutral detergent. Please avoid using corrosive cleaning products.
  • Do not tumble dry, but air dry naturally to avoid exposure to the sun;
  • The gel inside the product has no obvious toxicity. To avoid safety, if the product is damaged and the gel inside leaks, please clean it up in time. If you swallow it by mistake, please seek medical treatment as soon as possible.
  • There is a small cotton filling hole on the cat mat, which is mainly used for filling cotton. If you mind this hole, please do not buy it.

US SHIPPING

According to the location where the item is stored, we provide 2 shipping methods to US customers:

  • 3-7 Day Domestic Standard Shipping from our Los Angeles warehouse
  • 1-6 Weeks International Shipping from overseas, the exact time is based on the size/weight of the package.
    • 1-3 weeks Air Shipping for small packages.
    • 4-6 weeks Economy Shipping for oversized items

For example, if you purchase a product that is in stock in LA, you can get it within 7 days. However, if it is out of stock in the US warehouse, it will be shipped overseas.

UK/EU/AU/CA SHIPPING

For customers in AU, CA, EU, UK, you can choose international shipping only, because we have not yet set up local warehouses yet (the good news is that we are gradually negotiating local warehouses, and it is expected to set up local overseas warehouses in these countries one by one around the end of May 2023)

  • For customers in the UK and EU, we provide air shipping 1-3 week delivery option for all items, and for oversize products, we offer economy shipping 4-6 week delivery option.
  • For customers in Australia and Canada, we provide air shipping 1-3 week delivery only.

Refund Policy

CANCELLATION

Order can be canceled before the product is shipped out. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. Please note that we are not able to cancel shipped-out items as they have already been picked up by our courier partners and cannot be intercepted anymore. 

30-DAY EASY RETURN

We offer 30-DAY EASY RETURN, which means as long as you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can submit your return request via our 7/24 online customer service or email to [email protected]. 

The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the item being delivered. The item must be unused, unworn, and placed in its original packaging. For non-defective items, you should be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Once the returned item is received we will refund you the cost of the item, excluding any shipping costs. Depending on your banking institution, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method(s) in 3 to 20 business days.
